If you run a coaching institute in India and you've searched for a way to stop your lectures ending up on Telegram, you've found VdoCipher. It's the established name here, it works, and its DRM story is genuine.

The row that matters is the second-to-last one. Everything else is close to parity; the DRM row is the difference in both capability and price.
The cost question
Video hosting costs are dominated by bandwidth, not storage. A 500-student batch watching two hours a week generates far more billable delivery than the lectures themselves ever occupy on disk.
When comparing any two platforms, work it out on your own numbers:
- Total watch hours per month across all students
- Average bitrate you deliver at — 720p is roughly 1.5 Mbps, 1080p roughly 3 Mbps
- Multiply out to GB, then compare cost per GB delivered
A useful shortcut: one hour of 720p viewing is about 0.65 GB. A thousand student-hours a month is roughly 650 GB. Price that against each plan and the comparison stops being about marketing pages.
Also check whether watermarking and encryption are included in the base plan or sold as add-ons, because that changes the effective price materially.
