Is there a free plan?
Yes — the Free plan gives you limited storage and bandwidth with no credit card required. Perfect for testing or very small libraries.
What happens if I exceed my bandwidth limit?
We don't hard-block playback mid-session. You'll see a warning in your Usage dashboard at 80%. Contact us to discuss overage handling or upgrade your plan.
Can I change plans any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period. You can manage everything from the Stripe billing portal.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking via Stripe. Pricing is in INR.
What is the Organization plan?
The Org plan lets you programmatically provision sub-tenants via an API key. Useful if you're building a platform (like an LMS SaaS) on top of VideoKavach.
